Use of Information:
Mission Match uses collected information to create candidate profiles, facilitate board matching, communicate with users, process payments, improve services, and maintain platform operations.
Sharing of Information:
Candidate profile information may be displayed to authorized nonprofit subscribers. Mission Match does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers necessary to operate the platform.
Profile Management:
Candidates may request profile updates, temporary holds, or permanent removal by contacting Mission Match.
Data Retention:
Profiles remain active until removal is requested. Mission Match may retain records as required for operational, legal, or accounting purposes.
Security:
Mission Match uses commercially reasonable measures to protect information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes:
Mission Match may update this policy from time to time.
Terms of Service
By using Mission Match, users agree to these Terms.
Services:
Mission Match provides access to a curated board candidate network and board matching services.
No Guarantee:
Mission Match does not guarantee board appointments, interviews, candidate availability, organizational satisfaction, or placement outcomes.
User Responsibilities:
Users must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.
Payments:
Nonprofits purchase time-limited access licenses (3-month, 6-month, or 12-month). Fees are generally non-refundable once access is granted.
Refunds:
Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, billing errors, or significant platform access failures. Lack of a successful match does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Limitation of Liability:
Mission Match shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use.
Governing Law:
Nevada law governs these Terms.
