Meet the Founder.
Jessica Olives, Founder & CEO
Jessica Olives is a seasoned governance, executive operations, and organizational strategy leader with more than 20 years of experience advising and supporting boards, executives, and leadership teams across nonprofit and public-sector organizations.
Her career has placed her at the intersection of governance, executive leadership, strategy, and organizational performance—giving her firsthand insight into one of the most persistent challenges facing nonprofit organizations: finding the right people to strengthen the board and help advance the mission.
Jessica founded Mission Match to modernize how nonprofits identify and access leadership talent. Rather than limiting board recruitment to personal networks, referrals, or traditional postings, she created a national platform that gives organizations direct access to professionals interested in putting their expertise to work in service of meaningful causes.
Her experience spans board governance and relations, executive operations, strategic planning, organizational development, policy and process improvement, leadership transitions, and nonprofit consulting. Throughout her career, she has worked with boards and senior leaders to strengthen governance structures, improve organizational effectiveness, navigate complex initiatives, and translate strategy into execution.
Through Mission Match, Jessica is bringing that experience to a larger purpose: expanding the leadership pipeline available to nonprofits across the country and helping organizations build stronger, more strategic, and more effective boards.
